How can I view and understand my invoice?

You can go into the portal and look at your invoice and pull the PDF, this will show the period of the billing cycle and details of the bills and taxes.

When will I receive my invoice each month?

You will receive your bill on the day your system went “LIVE” on our system each month.

Can I set up automatic payments for my invoices?

Yes… just contact Ameritel billing and you can choose between “ACH, Credit Card”

Is there a grace period for invoice payment?

Yes, this is decided at the time you set up your account with us.

What payment methods do you accept?

ACD/echeck, Visa, Mastercar, American Express, Paper check.

What should I do if I believe there’s an error on my invoice?

Contact Ameritel and speak to accounting 423-499-4392.

How can I update my billing information or contact details?

Via customer portal or an Ameritel customer service rep.

What happens if my payment is overdue?

A late fee will apply in most cases.

How do I access the portal for my account?

 To request portal access to your account please call the office and we can set you up a login to make changes or pay you monthly bill.

Who can access my account’s portal?

  Only Ameritel employees and approved members of your business will be able to have portal access.

Can you assist with employee training and onboarding for new technology solutions?

Yes! We offer free employee training for the life of the system.
